These mounts are very sturdy and hold up well, even with my aggressive style of combat flying.
They are the same heavy duty build of all my other vivo products that i have come to love!
He also went through all of the screws/fasteners holding the pieces of the clamp together and tightened them down as several were loose.
This was a non issue once assembled and would not deter me from buying this product or any made by the same manufacturer.
Price
Treat them like you would the very expensive controller being used with these clamps, and they'll be fine.
I spent twice the price for worse mounts in the past.

Rather than having to constantly fasten and unfasten my controllers to a mount i picked up a second set of mounts allowing me to leave the controllers permanently attached to the mounts

Now whenever i want to switch aircraft types i simply unclamp one set of controllers from my desk and then clamp the other set to it

These are made of sturdy material and would get 5 stars but the screw tightener is difficult to get to and tighten enough to keep joystick from twisting loose

Not the kind of loose where they were about to fall out but the kind of loose that happens during manufacturing and the machines tighten them down just enough to keep the pieces together during shipping rather than being tightened all the way down the way they should be

He got engrossed in the game after installing these clamps and i commented on how i saw the clamps flex downward
