Pros

This mount is like a thousand dollars cheaper than its compeitor. Contacted seller and after a few test sent me a return label and immediately shipped out a new mount.

The mount goes up and down with ease. There is a bit of a tilt forward due to the weight of the tv even though it should be straight.

Inch granite turbo carbide hammer drill bit. They include a chart to help you calculate distance above mantle that factors in how deep your mantle is.

This does that perfectly. It works amazing, it's our favorite thing to show guests when they come to our house. It's pretty awesome!

Cons

No one makes an rf blaster in teh 2. This reinforces that the remote is a single point of failure.

The mount is dead nuts level on the wall, but the lifting arm is only bent 1/4 sheet metal with no cross bracing, so there is tons of lateral movement. Midway through raising the tv, the level is off and the tv lowers crooked. Back plate is not versat... Read More

Vivo customer support offered 6-inch extension brackets for $25, and those made all the difference.

In my opinion, the motorized feature is well worth the extra cost.
