Probably because the harness wasn’t secured properly second i was going to get the four wheeled version of this but i ordered this by mistake and i couldn’t do anything about it

I put him in there and opened the patio and took him out he got spooked and tried to escape and the stroller flipped and he was able to escape from the hole buy the 4 wheeled version and don’t leave it unattended or make sure the stroller is against something stable put a leash on your cat and make sure the breaks are on

Beware the washers and pins are already on the axle and are not in the zip lock bag with the screws
