It came very nicely packaged and the box did not have any signs of damage the holes for the screws to attach the base curved legs to the cross brace did not line up perfectly as some other reviewers pointed out

My second issue was with a broken plastic fitting in one of the tubes where the adjustment for tilting would occur i also had to play with that to make the assembly work

The stand which the dvd or other electronic device sits on was broken
