Pros

It can be mounted in front of or behind (towards screen) the arm-mounted controls. My only “complaint” is that my laptop blocks the treadmill * (incline, speed, etc. But it works fine, especially if i walk slower.

It has a double velcro attachment for the treadmill arms and it does the trick. Fits on large nordic track elite 1400 treadmill.

It's sturdy despite what many low-raters said. It is sturdy although there is a slight wobble with the top plate and where it connects to the post. Minor complaints about its sturdiness and the design.

The best part is that this is adjustable. You can adjust the height so that you're not slouched forward or bending your neck.

Cons

The telescoping post is hard to insert & hard to fasten down. The mounting straps are not long enough to fit my treadmill's handlebars. It's a serious design flaw for a metal furniture to depend on 4 small velcro straps for balance.

Whoever had it before me tried to assemble it stripped screws and attached pieces in the wrong place.
