Pros

The motion is effortless when putting it down and raising it. The beveled edges are comfortable on the arms. The piston and lifting assemblies are smooth and work well.

The main assembly is rather hefty and seems well-built. It’s easy to assemble and has completely changed - improved - my workday, to allow for movement and healthier habits.

Stand-up beauty desk is spacious enough for my dual monitor setup. It's sturdy enough to handle my keyboard warrior tendencies, and sleek enough.

Cons

The keyboard is an inch below where it should be. It's very heavy and almost hurt me while falling. The design is quite uncomfortable!

The handle was broken off the unit and could not be reassembled. The screws they provide are too short so they don't work for 2 of the pieces. That tells me this is not an uncommon problem, and not a respectful company for consumers.

Shipping

Arrived previously owned with all of the screws missing but i called the company and they were terrific.

I contacted the seller through amazon and sent pictures.

I contacted vivo via email on a saturday and they were able to ship me out a replacement the same day.

They quickly responded and requested a picture and invoice.

Packaging/appearance

I ordered the vintage brown (wood) and it's beautiful!

Packaging was damaged but the desk only had one small chip on the bottom.

Looks brand new and packed in factory packing.
