Pros & Cons
Pros
This isn't the cheapest option available but it has to be among the sturdiest. It uses 2 uprights to hold the tv mount instead of the single upright the others use. The mounts fit the tv well and solidly clamp to the stand.
I was honestly stunned during the whole assembly at how well designed and high quality this thing is. The finish of the final product is perfect. Overall very impressed with this.
All four wheels lock together to keep the cart stationary on sloping surfaces. I love that it's on wheels (that lock) and i can rearrange my room if desired. The brakes are a plus that also work well. I have children so with the last tv stand toys or ... Read More
Cons
Two of the four wheels are off balanced. If the foundation, the wheels, are unstable, then the whole stand is unstable. The display weighs ~60 lbs.
The machining work on the threads for the poles is uneven. The razor sharp metal spirals left over from the poles being machined were left inside the poles. However, one of the holes were misaligned on the plate so it’s being held by 3 screws.
All and all, not terribly thrilled with this item. Save yourself the frustration and skip this product.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to assemble , sturdy and very adjustable.
The stand itself is made of very heavy-duty materials that hold my heavy tv securely and will last a good long time.
No digging around separating a thousand screws into like piles.
The stand is solid, and not difficult to assemble.
Price
Overall it’s a good stand for the money.
Shipping
Well let me tell you this-the mfg sent a replacement unit the same day that they were notified of my problem.
The order was on time and what i ordered.
The stand arrived at the time of my surgery so i could not do anything to assemble.
Packaging/appearance
Every part (or multiple of a part) was individually packaged and labeled!
My wife told me the box was severely damaged and was torn open.
Upon receiving the package, i felt a mix of excitement and trepidation, like an intrepid explorer about to tackle the himalayas... Read More
But even if everything has been packaged together in a jumbled mess, i'd still give this stand 5 stars.
Competitiveness
I needed an alternative to wall mount or table.
