The up down motion is very easy to maneuver. Very easy to assemble. Easy to operate.

Vivo website claims there is a 3 year warranty on this product. The customer service is atrocious and they clearly make you jump through hoops.

When lowered my monitor is too high for being seated. It also tends to drift up on its own.
