I have been looking for a fryer like this for a long time after having purchased many standard household type fryers like tfal that did not heat up quickly or hold their temperature well

Note that it needs two separate outlets to plug each side of the fryer into individually

You can clearly see that unfortunately a forklift ran a fork into the side of it so the frame is bent it’s still useable but it’s not sitting properly on the counter so the sheer inconvenience of having to order another one and send this one back is infuriating but i know it’s not a manufacturers defect i just wish they hired people who know how to drive these machines it’s not the first time we have received an item marred by a forklift
