The top of the pole is threaded, and there is a non-threaded slot for it to sit in. It doesn't screw in, it just sits.

Lightweight but with the steel pole it remains steady in the ground, no tipping or sliding.
The paint is very nice and it is deep enough to place a fountain without loosing all of the water.
The basin is made of plastic or resin.
Much nicer than he pictures very easy assembly.

Great customer service is almost unheard of these days, but vivohome came through like champs!
The impressive part is, less than a week later, i’ve already been sent a replacement!

I like the look very much and more important, the birds love their new bird bath.

I knew i was ordering inexpensive birdbath and although it was exactly what i expected the vessel that holds the water was damaged
