Pros
A simple seedling mat heat pad. Not big, but will hold a10x20 tray.
Cons
Not a single pepper seeds germinated. My cuttings need a temperature of 78 degrees fahrenheit around 25 celsius or instead of roofing they rot. The product description states the temperature range between 75 and 85f.
Won't buy from this seller again. Will be returning as soon as have break in weather & am capable of driving due to injury.

Works great with smart outlets for scheduling and would also work great with temperature control outlets or traditional timers.
It stays at a steady warm temperature and never gets hot, which is a great safety feature.
I made the mistake of putting my zip lock bags with damp paper towels and seedlings inside on top of it and it burnt the seeds.
This heat mat came and two days later the seeds started to pop and show leaves.
Price
This was on sale and i can see why.
More than worth the purchase for those enjoying gardens from seed to table!
