While the camera provides excellent camera footage beware of any warranty repairs and make sure to doublecheck your seal before mounting while in the return period

I contacted vivotek 1st and was informed that the reseller on amazon or amazon itself wasnt an authorized retailer

Id recommend verifying the seller that you purchase on amazon is an authorized reseller as vivotek is very picky with it
