Pros

It arrived in flawless condition, the picture is great (though not quite as crisp as i had expected) picture quality, especially when viewing 4k blu rays on an actual 4k blu ray player (not upscaling) is unreal.

Cons

They send a broken tv that had been repackaged several times. The first two arrived damaged with the screen cracked in multiple places. Makes me wonder who's inspecting these refurbished tvs.

Smart features and updates and sluggish interface are very lacking. It's very maddening. Terrible customer service.

It turns on as if it had been through a factory reset. Changing between apps, the tv shuts down and won't turn back on. It is unable to streamanything from any app, even when internet is working.
