Pros & Cons
Pros
Being water-proof is handy. I have them hooked up to a raspberry pi, taking occasional readings of my fish tank's temp.
Ordered 30 of these. They work exactly as anticipated. Can't beat this deal, the quality is good and they just work. Great price great product.
They are relatively accurate, within a degree or so, which can be compensated for using an offset in your code. Working as expected.
Cons
Total bs, none of 'em work. Don't waste your time.
Highlights
Quality
Beefed up the waterproof seal for the submerged sensor but the quality of these is good for the price.
Other reviewers provided the following website with the library's required and how to set every thing up.
Great value , red=pwr blk = gnd ellow = signal in my case
Price
For the price you just can't beat them.
Shipping
Package of five was cheaper than buying one (plus shipping) from another popular company.
You aren't going to measure anything fast at that rate.
Packaging/appearance
I tried a few different ones out of the pack, all 32.
