Yet again vladon were straight on it and offered me another replacement or a partial refund

I have also noticed that some people have given this company low ratings for the same type of issues even after replacements were sent and received admitted so by the customers themselvesim sorry but any company that shows they are not happy with their customers issues and is on the case straight away to sort things out deserves 5
