Other models have faults like no steam too wet all had to be returned

Also cleans stubborn stains out of carpets and apolistry and hard floors very good for steaming windows also cant fault this product highly recommended all the way if i had to buy this again i would but i just hope it doesnt stop selling and comes off the market like the rest does thats my opinion
