Easy to set up, as the setting up is easy instructions printed on the side of the box indicate but the inlay card also outlines. An app is downloadable from the apple app store or google play store. Insert sim card into watch.
Cons
Customer service is reall unhelpful and don't seem to know anything about watches. Tried to purchase one from vodafone but customer services dire. That’s the first disappointment.
You set up a login and a password and that's it. It's doable, but you need time and there will be frustration. Arrived quickly, also no sim.

You can set up a safe zone and it will alert you if your child goes outside of this and with the app you can track where they are.
The gps tracking works well with the vodafone signal and no problems so far.
This is a great idea and a nice way to track your child but as you can potentially see from above we had a few issues with the set up.
Okay so we have had issues setting this up and my husband has struggled with the set-up process however we finally got there.
Packaging/appearance
The watch is not bulky or heavy and would be unlikely to prove something a child wants to discard.
