Pros
The magnetic holster is great for being able to put this remote just about anywhere. Quick delivery.
Great addition to the alexa. Alexa hub. Having a remote to turn volume up or down instead of having to get up to turn the dial on alexa makes it easier.
Cons
The remote is very nice but has no led indicators to tell me that is working. It only works when i'm close enough to control the echo directly. Echo requires the alexa app on your cellphone, and it seems like allowing echo owners to speak into the app... Read More

Worked great with my echo, zero problem
Before getting this i had to touch my echo to get it to activate, now all i have to do is push the button and speak to it.
This works great for the one glitch the the echo has where the alarm or timer goes off and it can not hear you say stop
Shipping
Good for late evening requests for echo commands.
Competitiveness
I personally think that echo should be boxed with this but bezos is in the business of making money and he deserves it.
