    Having been positive i was using the right die the crimps were coming out all kinds of funky

    There is nothing wrong with this tool and if you are unable to get the results that you desire then id have to say that the faulty tool like me is the one operating these crimping pliers and not the pliers themselves

    Ive wasted a lot of connectors using the old style and never trusted that the connector couldnt possibly pull off the wire
