Pros

The volt has just the right amount of padding, not too soft or firm. It's padded in the right places, doesn't chafe like many padded saddles, and removes contact from places where it's not needed. It is still very sleek to. It is nearly as streamlined... Read More

The seat is comfortable enough to ride without padded shorts. Riding without a chamois is perfect on this saddle. It is plenty padded without being too pillowy or high-friction.

The outer material is fantastic. It's not sticky or plasticy feeling like most other saddles. The material is also very grippy and supportive, so you won’t be sliding around. This saddle really solved the discomfort issues.

This is my third wtb saddle and second volt that i have purchased. Replaced a tattered beaten up wtb seat on my old iron horse sinister race mtb. However if you have experience with wtb saddles this is not a disappointment.

Cons

The fabric covering the seat is bonded with glue. The rails are steel. They were advertised as carbon and on sale. Very creaky.

Either way, i think this is a great product for a great price.

It also is not as expensive as a lot of seats, so to be a great value and also comfortable is a win, win!

Get a decent reputable saddle, the pain of a truly terrible option is not worth the $20 bucks you might save.

I did end up getting the pure as well, but have to say that the volt is superior to the pure for endurance.
