The insulation is very effective and we confirmed it keeps coffee or soup hot for 12 hours if the lids openings are snapped shut

It fits in larger car cupholders the smaller redbullsized cupholders will not accommodate it

The carry handle is worth a mention as well on other flasks of this brand its part of the pour spout closure and its axle is a very fragile plastic peg which my kids managed to break off in less than 1 minute of handling

On this flask the carry handle is separate a big chunky piece of bulletproof plastic riding on sturdy plastic screws
