Pros
Chair is very comfortable, fairly durable (for the price point) and i love that it reclines fully. It has the massage lumbar cushion which i didn’t notice before buying!
Cons
Chairs less than $100 has better cushion quality. Took me even time getting screws out of box. Foot rest instructions are so confusing.
Highlights
Quality
The leather all looks perfect and i’m very happy with the colour and size.
Comfortable with the back massager which is also heated so it’s nice if your sitting for a long time!
Packaging/appearance
Little hiccup in the packaging but was resolved within a week.

I was trying to decide whether to follow the picture or do what makes sense but then i noticed that theres a link to a youtube video

Its too bad the video isnt mentioned at the start of the instructions instead of the end

Even the video didnt show whether to fasten the velcro straps from the back of the chair before or after the straps of the lumbar support but i did the velcro straps first and ran the lumbar support straps past them to the inside
