These seem like they are all factory defects that are being sold. Took it out of the box and broke immediately. When it was collected i wasn't actually refunded or contacted.

The screen appears very well-made and sturdy.
I was impressed with the picture quality and recommend it to anyone.
Might save customers making dumb errors like we did (over extended screen so it would not rewind).
It's quite heavy so best have two people to install it.

Bought this to replace a much more expensive one, as i wanted something bigger.
