I bought this tv bracket as my son wanted a swivel and turn one for easier gaming after the bracket arrived i realised that it wasnt actuall compatible with his tv i had to drill a couple of holes in the bracket to make it work which was pretty simple to do with a drill and metal bit after the wee tweaks it was a fairly simple process to install it but you will need a spirit level alun key and socket set or spanner if you dont have the necessry tools you might struggle with it

The sockets and aerial points had been put high on the wall in a new extension so the tv would cover them

The only problem encountered was that the back plate covered the aerial point this was solved by cutting a small square out of one corner of the back plate which in this case has no effect on the efficiency of the bracket

After reading some of the reviews i was a bit dubious but took the gamble

I didnt want that as i was positioning the tv between a pair of curtains and wanted the bracket to come straight off the wall at right angles

I now have to confess i cut the arm down shortened it by 8cm and joined the two halves with a piece of hardwood fitted tight inside the box section
