Pros
Simple, easy to follow instructions. Only gripe is the built-in spirit level on the wall plate is a mile out, so use your own! Easy to mount with the included level. It's vital to ensure it's level when mounting.
Cons
Bolts are threaded and don't go in. Then promised product and refund. Refund sectioned but no replacement. Other screw supplied are too small.
This is clearly not made to be used with samsung tv's. Useless for samsung smart tv 55 inches. Can't find the correct bolt for the correct spacer.
The 'legs' of the bracket also protrude form the back of the tv. Didn't fit my sons rather standard sized 32 hitachi tv. Not much room for any adjustment, plugging in /out cables.

In less than 10 minutes this was up on the wall with the tv mounted on it.

Competitiveness
I mounted a 43-inch, samsung 4k uhd curved tv using this.
We have a 55inch smart tv and this was perfect to hang on the wall.
Maybe they’ve updated the fixings but i don’t understand why other reviews state it was not compatible for the samsung.

Like someone else mentioned beware of the spirit level the liquid is very thick and can give you a false reading
