The unit itself is a little on the bulky side but it does work well and does the job intended. Your arms may ache a little after using it for a while. No problem in recommending this purchase.

Used to remove grout and set tile adhesive to prepare a new surface. Makes sanding a no effort pleasure. Good to keep in for those odd bits and pieces that crop up.

The sander is completely useless. Not even going to bother with refunds or another replacement. Unnecessarily loud. No response from seller.

It performs ok-ish to cut stuff, but it will take a long time and make a lot of noise. The vonhaus carry case is useless as it only fits the multi-tool without the blade fitted. The blades and sanding pad its supplied with are totally hopeless.
