Pros
The unit itself is a little on the bulky side but it does work well and does the job intended. Your arms may ache a little after using it for a while. No problem in recommending this purchase.
Used to remove grout and set tile adhesive to prepare a new surface. Makes sanding a no effort pleasure. Good to keep in for those odd bits and pieces that crop up.
Cons
The sander is completely useless. Not even going to bother with refunds or another replacement. Unnecessarily loud. No response from seller.
It performs ok-ish to cut stuff, but it will take a long time and make a lot of noise. The vonhaus carry case is useless as it only fits the multi-tool without the blade fitted. The blades and sanding pad its supplied with are totally hopeless.

Only used sander so far and we are happy with the ease of use and how easy it is to sand awkward and small areas.
I've had this tool for 18 months and the nut rounded off - contacted the manufacturer who doesn't hold any spare parts.
Replaces a wickes one which was faulty within 30 seconds.
Price
Great price of kit helps with skirting boards not have to take it all down and take out the section you want and other jobs
But for the cost its a brilliant deal.
Ended up paying to have blinds fitted as tool mangled blinds.

Packaging/appearance
The unit comes in a nice black carry box for ease of storage.
I needed something to cut through plastic boxes - tried everything but kept cracking the box!
The box is a little cheap and everything does not fit back as well as when it was first opened but that is not a big issue.

Sanding part wasnt the best went through half of the sanding pads doing small job kept ripping

This product would have been given 5 stars but due to difficulty in getting the correct size sandpaper sheets which need to be 800 mm x 800 mm x 800 mm most places only seem to do 900 mm x3 which doesnt stay on the machine properly

There is nothing to say negative as yet other than the one blade is relatively cheap in quality and did not last very long at all

I had a wolf version before about the same price which failed thus new purchase after 3 years

To begin with the wolf version also had a problem and needed replacement fitting on head
