Excellent quality product that fitted neatly behind the door in the only available space that we had for a heater.
Discrete design and efficient low wattage background heat.
With the thermostat it is perfect, comes on and turns off at heat required.
Product looks good - haven't painted it to blend in with the wall yet but i don't forsee any problems.
Price
This wall panel heater is very good value and with low running costs is perfect for my summer house.
Packaging/appearance
It was easy to fit but i ignored the the 4 hole template in the polystyrene packaging - it was inaccurate.

Competitiveness
It's better than the dimplex equivalent which we put into the box room upstairs.
Slimline paintable heater which was really easy to wall mount thanks to pre-drilled holes in the actual heater.
A passing coment to my sister about a heater in my utility room.

Read reviews re cracking so did not tighten the retaining screws too tight

The fire needs to be registered to activate the 2 year warranty and probably because of my age i eventually gave up trying to achieve this on line and reverted to the good old telephone and the young lady at the other end did the registration for me
