Looks good fast delivery good packaging heat seems to be good excellent quality and quality flame effect is lovely but heating part is so noisy i can’t have heating on just what was needed well packed easy to assemble and heats a fair size room up quickly fire light effect is good without heating element on delivered quickly love my new fire its got such a lovely roaring fire effect looks really nice
