Excellent product, very well built and easy to setup. This is a reliable, easy to set up piece of kit. I would recommend it to anyone.

The black metal looks nice and i didn't see any flaking or chips. Very well made; reassuringly heavy and solid. Little stiff at first but made sure everything was loosened to my standard.

The up/down tilt screw tends to loosen overtime if you adjust it a lot but are easily tightened again. There are two options to fit, either clamp onto the edge of the desk or drill small hole through the desk and fix permanently.

You have to tighten the screws extremely hard to prevent the side monitors from immediately dipping forwards. Can barely hold the weight of my monitors and was a pain to setup. Left arm has 0 sturdiness, it constantly swings down to the keyboard.

Really disappointed in this item. The thing that looks like a joint right behind them is not movable.
