So the heater itself is very hot the room is still very cold but the heater cant dissipate that heat quickly enough so its element is actually shut off
Well it does have an 800w heating element but it also has an internal thermal cut out which shuts the element off when the surface temperature of the heater reaches 75c which happens after only about 10 minutes
