Had to get different parts since the ones that came with it to hold into the wall were garbage

If this is to be installed anywhere other than directly into a wall stud id investigate better anchors than the plastic ones that come with the unit

The only negative ive encountered is with the full motion part of the description because its really not fully articulatedit doesnt go updown

It goes inout side to side pivots horizvert and twists slightly clockcounterclockwise but just does not move updown

Consequently you must get the mounting height of the unit exactly as desired on the wall because if its too lowhigh your only option is to start over and remount it
