Pros
The diameter of my bikes handle bars are thicker than normal. They are just about perfect to piggyback a typical dynamic stage mic and a typical small diameter condenser mic. Works perfectly for e-bike mounting and flashlight holder.
Cons
The orange ring does not stay in place and the clamp must be unscrewed to remove the flashlight. The t bolts distort the plastic and fail.

Quality
The plastic quality is high (not fragile)handles the both torches (front and rear) for the bike light.
Pretty reasonable price with great quality product.
Works well but very bulky and not aesthetically pleasing.
Some negative reviews seem to expect a titanium mount made of super high quality materials, and that's just unrealistic.
Competitiveness
For my 18650 lights the holders fit the light great!

The little white collars do fall out and that would be frustrating if its not used in a permanent installation

One bike i had to swap out one of the two rubber shims inside to a plastic shim which 2 are included in each box

I highly recommend you remove the shims and turn them perpendicular and tighten the philps screw that holds the 2 halves together

The rubber oring for different size flashlights is hard to keep from falling off
