Pros
I love that it's rechargeable. Each of the 3 lights comes with its own charging cable. Motion sensing is nice as is the recharging to save on the purchasing of batteries.
I feel like if the light were to get bumped it might be knocked off the magnet though. The magnetic base, coupled with the option to use an adhesive magnetic strip for non-metallic mounting gives great flexibility!
Cons
The other is sticky to place on a wall. Almost impossible to pull protective strip off without pulling off all the sticky part.

They had one light bulb in the whole crawl space so only the front half of the crawl space had light

I do agree with one of the other posters that trying to peel off the back of the magnet to expose the sticky side was difficult unfortunately parts of the sticky part ended up getting peeled away

We used one of these lights in our bathroom as a night light since our only outlet in there is connected to the overhead light switch which makes it useless for a regular night light

It just has symbols to describe the different modes with no descriptions of them and the writing is tiny
