Pros

The scale sends the information to the app automatically so i don't even have to think about recording my progress. It also allows you to sync it with google fit or fitbit if you use one of them. The only downside to the scale is the app.

This scale is sleek and modern looking. It provides way more information than a traditional scale. Showing things like bmi, visceral fat, etc really helps me focus on what i need to do to improve my body composition.

Cons

When the app loses the scale it also looses all of your historical data, so if you wanted to track your progress it is all gone. App has a long way to go to be usable by the average person who can't remember 5 million passwords! Don't password protect... Read More

No way to recalibrate the scale. Lcd is readable but dim and faint.
