It’s pretty easy
I have this product and must say it’s easy to assemble and the stand does extend nicely once you loosen the large screw mechanism and pull the inner tube 🆙once you do that look for the hole whichthe fan will have a small attached pole which will lock 🔒into place to the base polebecause it has a spring knobby thing on it
Line that up ➡️⬅️push together until you hear the click 💥👂🏻thentighten the screw🔩on the base pole to the desired height
💁🏼♂️vornado and amazon are great products and suppliers of quality goods i bought this in 2014 and have it running at my office during the summer
