This features a more old fashioned beefier motor thats at least 4 times thicker and unlike 683 dc which generate an unpleasant buzzie noise at gt80 speed 723 has only wind noise which is a very pleasant pink noise and 0 motor noise that is very surprising

Another reason for 4 star is the fact the are not using the same motor as shown in the picture

It might be a motor as good as the previous one but still if you change your component you need to inform the consumers of it
