I too suddenly started having problems with the unit shutting off--flashing its lights at me with the a2 code.

This humidifier will have paid for itself this winter because i'm not buying filters like with the wick or ultrasonic units.

I enjoy that it has its own humidistat so i don't have to always double check the humidity in the room.
