Got it 3 days later so its back up and running again which is great as i had to move some of my smaller vornado humidifiers into the living room while i waited which meant no added humidity in 2 bedrooms for the three days it was down and i didnt even have to ship the broken powerhead back to them though i would have thought they would want it to diagnose why it broke in the first place

They just had me cut the cord on the broken one take a photo of that and email the photo to them as proof it was unusable
