Very easy to refill. They sit on your sink counter and you can fill them up with your faucet. Ours actually naturally hooks onto the lip of the mouth of the jug.
It is no noisier than our other humidifiers. Only gripe is that it is kind of noisy and makes a gurgling noise as the water empties into lower area. It wakes me up thru the night.

Cleaning seems fairly easy and straightforward and doesn't require a lot of annoying disassembly. Easy to set up, easy to operate and does not leave any kind of deposit on anything. The owner's manual is clear and easy to follow.
Cons
It is too late for me to return my defective unit. On high it is loud. go back to a hw unit operating on low (very quiet) and putting the vornado.
The wicks add up to a lot of cost to keep it working. The components don’t even snap together into an integral unit, they just hang loosely on top of on another.

This thing is outrageously expensive given the complete lack of technology inside it.

They have no fan so slight hum is typically all you hear
