Pros
It is very forceful, very strong. Nice for sleeping, low level delivers enough coolness. My hubby is always freezing* as we also have a ceiling fan.
Cons
The fan advertises itself as being effective at cooling off whole rooms. To not have it's maximum setting is problematic. Quite the disappointment.

Well worth it compared to cheaper units
The reviews were great for this fan so i decided to save some money and take my chances.
Better to spend the money than go cheap on a fan.
Competitiveness
This fan is significantly more effective than the larger lasko one it replaced.
I didn’t purchase it from amazon though, as i found a better deal elsewhere.
I was going back-and-forth between this fan and one other from a different brand that was about $55 more expensive.
