They dont even want the old one back just cut off the cord and prove it with a picture then depose of itreason being they do not manufacture the item here and have no way to fix

Note the retailer we purchased from was hammacherschlemer they had done the first replacement but since they dont sell this item anymore they can no longer do an exchange only a refund
