Auto dim is amazing and should be on more air purifiers. It has an auto function that seems to be generally pushing about 20%, on the power bar (fan speed) the display is dim and easily readable so it's not too bright at night.

Takes dirty air, and cleans the air. Quick clean is a great feature that puts the speed at a maximum which i utilize while cleaning. Highly adjustable machine.

Filter can detect and capture virus germs, harmful bacterial and filters my air quality. Replacement filters aren't that pricey. Easy to access trays that slide out of the tray.

Cons

The pco stage is poorly shielded and leaks a ton of uvc light into the neighboring parts. This means that the plastics involved rapidly start to break down and emit a burning smell.

I absolutely love this air purifier and believe it has made a significant difference in the air quality of our home.

I will continue to run and experiment with this model -especially during the winter months when air quality seems to be a challenge.

Very shortly after, the purifier went into yellow (fair air quality) mode and the fans ramped up.

And red light a poor quality of air.

-changing the filters is easy and affordable.

I appreciate that the replaceable filters are reasonably priced and a third filter can be washed.

5 watts, and if this is accurate, it only adds about four dollars a month to the electric bill if let run continuously.

I have never had a large scale air purifier such as this so i have no basis for comparison.

I've used over 10 different air purifiers from whirlpool, and many different brands using hepa, uv, active carbon, etc.
