Pros
The voronado fan produces a great sound to sleep to. It is a little noisier in oscillation mode (there’s a slight clunk when it changes directions), but then again so is the antique i have.
The warranty is a fantastic 5 years. This company cares about it's products and it shows. Worth every penny.
Vornado makes beautiful, strong retro peices that fit our spaces to a t. It’s a classy looking piece that blends are and functionality. It is aesthetically stunning too.

At high speed, the fan produces a high-pitched harmonic whine. It's loud enough to be disturbing even in a home office setting. Imbalanced, and noisy from some mechanical issue. Also the noise level even on low is unbearable.
I find it hard to believe damage was done in shipping. It appears that it was returned from someone and no one bothered to check it out before reselling. Says it was inspected by amazon, but it obviously hadn't been.
The area on the top of the base was not flattened and was properly rounded. Based on the color differences alone, the three units were not part of the same batch. Now the thing is 1/2 useless.

A little pricy but we love it.
This didn't seem acceptable for a $200 fan.
A$25 walmart fan would do the same thing.
Yes is a little pricey but in my opinion worth it.

The company was very easy to work with and responded quickly via email.
It arrived quickly and is better than i thought it would be which is nice .

It is very heavy so i assumed it was sturdy but after doing some research i suspect the sturdiness may not extend to the motor

Anyway after a year of very light use a summer and a half in our vacation home it now has a faint hum when it reaches the end range of the oscillation to the right
