Pros

The vintage look just adds more charm to an already great product. The switch is old school solid. The entire thing is well built and metal.

Cons

A plastic fan blade was broken off and was lying in the bottom of the fan. I am not optimistic this will have a long life based on day one.

Immediately began making a clacking noise when turned on. At a low speed, it has a clearly audible vibration/rattle every second or so. It makes a horribly annoying loud buzzing noise.

I had issues with my first fan - it was rattling and making noises after only a month.

Price

I think the price is outrageous, but the price on this one would've been $24 in 1960 dollars, which i've found is about right.

I probably would have sprung for the bigger one (ie more fan noise i’d imagine) if i could, but on a budget this does the trick.

Delivery was very fast and free, as usual.

Packaging/appearance

This looks great in my bathroom, and is just right to help dry out the space.

If i showed this to my grandpa calling it beautiful he'd chuckle, roll his eyes and say "what are you talking about, it's just a fan.

I am an interior designer, so i did study the difference among other brands before for some of my clients.

I do like how quiet it is compared to other fans of the same dimensions.
