Pros
Speed one feels like a casual breeze. Bought in beige colour to fit into colour scheme. Black knob is a new version because if you look at the bigger models of this fan, they have the black plastic knob.
The enamelling is beautiful - love the retro look.
The highest setting makes a small buzzing noise but it doesn't bother me at all. On the high setting it gets more oomph and is a bit louder, but we don't mind the noise.
Small, but really packs a punch. Easy to move around where needed. Flip switch is a great feature.
Cons
Fan has only 2 settings, one quiet but air flow very weak and one with good flow, but very loud. The first setting is too quiet and the second is too loud. Also the metal knob shown in the photo is not at all what i got.
Not as advertised. Returned it. The manufacturer lies. What a rip off.

I adore my fan and am very pleased with the quality of it!
I bought two, i was impressed with the quality and sheek look of this little fan that can move the air in a room of 12x12 quite nicely.
It costs more than other fans but is built solidly, you can feel the quality.
I can sleep peacefully and watch tv peacefully with the fans on.
Price
I would have bought it in green if that price wasn't 40% more than white.
Packaging/appearance
I am sure it happened when the prior owner placed it back into the box.

This is completely normal if you also look at the official vornado website this model is now shown to have the black knob

I find it interesting that people have negative comments about the fan noise as the company clearly would replace any fan that may be defective

I live an a 50 year old apartment building which does have central air but the ac doesnt reach my tiny kitchen
