If you want a slightly quieter heater, that's also slightly shorter in height but has a base that's a little larger. Using it as a standard one speed fan alone was also pleasant.

I overlooked the reviews for this personal heater and purchased one anyway - bad mistake. Unless you okay for this to live in one spot, it has a significant design flaw. Not worth the money.
