It heats up very quickly and the fan pushes air out like you would expect from a vornado product. It's surprisingly quiet, it just sits back and does it's thing. Of course there is a sort of white noise fan sound it makes to circulate the warmed air.
It looks straight out of a 1960's sci-fi show with it's minimalist boxy metal casing. Good materials and craftsmanship, i. Expect this to hold up for a long time.
The operations are user friendly enough that i haven't had to explain them to a single person. Highly recommend.
Cons
Vornado space heater is too expensive for the same level of performance a cheaper heater gives me. The heater makes a continuous high pitched whining noise that is audible on the far side of a medium sized bedroom.

Heaters worry me sometimes, so i also love that it has the built in safety features and the temp control was super easy to work with too.
This has quality written all over it.
There is only one thing that needs improvement and that’s how hard the fan blows.
You can touch the heater anywhere and it does not get hot on the outside, even the front of the heater where the heat comes out is not hot.
Price
At $100 i do feel like its a bit overpriced but a good pick up if you find it on sale.
Competitiveness
They are not inexpensive heaters compared to other options but i have discovered they are worth it.
