Pros
Olly melatonin is the best i’ve tried. I also take 2 magnesium at night & between the magnesium and olly sleep blend. Took 2 of these and slept like a baby again.
This is the most effective product i’ve found for canker sores. The drop of ointment accelerates the healing process and within a few days, it's saved the day! When i get a cold sore and apply the zilactin it quickly calms down and eases the pain.
Cons
This palette is completely fake. Real palettes have the bh logo and text and pictures all over the box.
Very unsanitary and disgusting. Does not calibrate even close to my old monitor for my husband and myself. I think that maybe it is the fault of the size of the cuff.
Such a disappointment.

Most of the melatonin that ive tried helps me to fall asleep quickly but not necessarily stay asleep
