Pros

Love the convenience of the capsules. Very easy to take and *. I've noticed my joints don't ache anymore and myo skin feels great.

Good collagen supplement. Better than taking powder. It has 5 types of collagen not only 3 like the powdered product.

Ketosis is a metabolic state in which the body begins to 'eat itself', burn it's own fat. I take it for my nails which are brittle, chipped & pealing. These really fit well with my keto diet.


Cons

Buyer beware. Don’t be fooled by the sticker on top of the bottle stating your next bottle is free.
