Pros

Vortex rings are terrific. Much easier to level and torque than the cheaper 3-screw style. All mounting screws have correct torque settings printed on rings. Tell you right on them what their torque specs are for mounting the scope.

Very nice machining. These are well made and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons

The worst part is the lack of so called precision “machining”. Not the best quality or quality control for firearm accessories. These are very lightweight and not particularly strong scope rings.

Rings came dinged up, the anodizing or phosphate finish is very rough. Was sent a pressure cooker gasket instead. Would not recommend.

Exactly as described, and quality is what i expect from vortex

Not sure at this point if i am paying for the vortex name or getting a better quality ring.

I'm willing to bet it will fit any cz 457 with the iron sights hard fixed on the barrel.

Price

The price went up by much , like many other products.

Competitiveness

Much easier to level and torque than the cheaper 3-screw style.

The medium, 1-inch high rings are just tall enough to fit a vortex diamond back tactical 6-24x by 50mm scope on a cz 457 premium.
